Decidedly, the Samsung Galaxy S8 has not finished surprising us. Once again, we learn that the device has a completely different functionality that was not revealed Wednesday at the Lincoln Center.

All in all, it’s a built-in GIF generator. Samsung offers users the ability to create Gif videos from downloaded or filmed videos without having to install an additional application. Of course, some will link directly to Note 7 and will ask questions about this so-called “new functionality” arranged by the new Galaxy S8.

Unlike Note 7, we no longer need to manually select a specific area on the screen for capture. The process is simple, all stupid: Open a video in Gallery, tap the GIF icon and then move the cursor down to select the part you want to convert to GIF and voila. Is not that great?
